We’re Cam and Dave, two aussie blokes who love beer. And back in 1997 this passion inspired us to start our own brewery in Melbourne. We did it with an unquenchable desire to produce great, flavorful beer using real Malt and real Hops, without preserv atives or pasteu rization. In short; real beer. Australian Pale Ale
6.2% Alcohol By Volume A well-heeled, malty ale brewed with distinctive Tasmanian Galaxy Hops.It’s medium-bodied and just bitter enough. Perfect for drinking, the unique Galaxy hop adds a bit of tropical citrus flavour while Citra hops impart a good subtle hoppiness.
6.8% Alcohol By Volume This is our flagship brew; a rich, malt driven amber ale.Toffee and caramel tones from the malted wheat are balanced with a subtle dose of mixed Cascade, Citra and Galaxy hops add a frisky kick to the palate on the way down.
