In addition to Soave, made of Garganega – Italy’s #2 white wine grape. Riondo also produces classic northern Italian favorites of Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet.
Fresh, aromatic Prosecco is also produced in the Veneto hills with old world tradition. The historic municipalities of Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone are home to an incomparable microclimate that produces top quality still and sparkling wines. By attaining an ideal degree of maturation, their Prosecco blends offer fresh, aromatic perfume on the nose and a crisp, balanced dry style finish on the palate. Great as an aperitif or an accompaniment with light pasta or calamari dishes.
